What you’ll do :
Establish and maintain organizational cadences for product roadmaps, release planning, and operating reviews
Execute on short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans
Manage cross functional projects and drive efficiency by building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
Coordinate across all teams for delivery on regular rhythms and cadences
Ensure quality and regular communications across teams for internal and external updates
Establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
Maintain portfolio operations by optimizing processes and driving efficiency across our projects
What you’ll need :
2 years in project management, business operations, financial operations, or similar function
Proficient in G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
Good communication skills
Excellent critical, creative and data thinking, decision-making and innovative problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
Nice to have :
Familiarity with Smartsheet and Workday
Industry expertise in payments and / or technology
Experience with audit preparedness within FinTech industry
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

US-Based Base Compensation
64,000 — $120,000 USD
