Providedirection on prioritization of tasks for the engineering team. Participate in the engineering agilecadences ensuring the team understands the product features and capabilities required. Serveas the main point of contact across internal Galileo teams (Operations, Product and Finance)and Card Networks like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and others. Lead the set up of newconfigurations or troubleshooting of existing ones, which will help support and expand paymentprocessing services. Conduct research of issues impacting the Galileo payment lifecycle andWork with internal stakeholders to define business and operational impacting requirements,develop new and enhance existing processes to reduce such issues and resolution times.Develop a deep understanding of the current product offerings, research industry best practices,and review client and customer feedback to build recommendations and feature specificationsfor their product areas. Telecommuting is an option.Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in EngineeringManagement, Project Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline,and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.Special Skill Requirements : (1) Synthesizing Product / User Experience Requirements; (2)Experience in writing detailed functional specifications; (3) Data driven benefit analysis; (4)Software Development; (5) Market Research; (6) Digital Experience Analytics; (7) HTML; (8)Java; (9) SQL; (10) Agile Methodologies; (11) Data Analysis and Visualization; (12) UserInterface Design; (13) Project Management; and (14) User Story Development.
