Description :
- Receive components from the production area, taking note of the serial number of the equipment and the specific color to be used.
- Prep and mix paint ingredients, as well as prep all work associated with painting : racking, hanging and masking parts.
- Inspect parts prior to painting to ensure all parts are clean and inspect parts during paint process to ensure paint coating is being applied properly.
- Wash the piece, dry it and apply treatments to cover certain parts that do not need to be painted (e.g. nuts and bolts).
- Prepare pieces in the booth, place anti-rust base and apply paint.
- Place the piece in the drying area and then remove it from the painting area and prepare for assembly.
