Position Summary:

As an Operations Business Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming business processes and enhancing decision-making through analytics as well as the development and implementation of PowerBI and Power Apps solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and deploy applications that provide actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

This role is part of the North America Claims Operation team and reports directly to the Manager of Workforce Optimization & Claims Operational Analytics.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements to share with relevant IT development teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Apps applications to streamline processes and provide data-driven insights.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Power Apps applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
