Position Summary
Role Summary : The GBS Financial and Retirement Services business brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities that support and enable customer and sales experiences throughout the enterprise. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with an impactful strategic and technology mindset to drive the solution management framework for the organization, efficient technical solutions for unique business needs, and develop the technology strategic roadmap. We wish to drive engagement and loyalty within our existing customer base and attract new customers to the Gallagher brand. This pivotal role will leverage expertise in software development and system architecture to drive the design, solution, and implementation of innovative solutions and capabilities that enhance customer engagement and experiences while optimizing business processes. This role will collaborate with product and technology teams to streamline efficient, innovative solutions against business demand. The role will collaborate closely with business partners, Engineers, Architects, and Leadership to communicate the overall vision and technology strategy, manage stakeholder expectations in support of optimizing our technology investments driving our strategic roadmap.
