How you'll make an impact
Position Summary:
Supports client deliverables in assisting senior staff by conducting research, screening interviews and assisting in the search process as necessary. Primarily focused on networking with prospective candidates and capturing detailed information, conducting initial contact with candidates and scheduling interviews with the senior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with senior staff on developing focused search strategy and helps fulfill through varied approaches such as industry sources/networking, relevant prior searches, internal sources, and sourcing passive candidates though social media, databases, etc.
- Posting new search ads;
- Monitoring and reporting of key search metrics;
- and Assisting with background / social media checks.
- Prepares and maintains contacts, notes, documents and closely monitoring search progress.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience required.
- Experience with database/CRM management and Microsoft office.
- Strong time management and exceptional organizational skills.
- Polished communication skills.
- Professional work experience and previous recruiting / research experience is a plus, but not required.
- Works comfortably under tight deadlines.
- Share information effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Creative and persistent/determined.
- High energy, friendly, professional and focused.
