Introduction

How you'll make an impact

Primarily focused on activities related to the sales and presentation of deliverables of employee pharmacy benefit plans for clients and prospects including meeting with clients to review pharmacy results, review and interpret marketing results and be able to explain and present utilization and cost trend analysis to clients and/or prospects. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting marketing results, advising on the creation of content for employee communication material, developing client deliverables, solving complex client issues and addressing questions, leading special projects, quarterly client review meetings and contributing to the preparation of presentation materials.
About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required. Must have excellent technical skills and knowledge of business applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access (other related databases) and PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred: CEBS designation preferred. Well developed problem solving skills.

Behaviors: Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, assertive, enthusiastic, high energy, self-directed and people oriented. Must be amiable when encountering difficult situations with clients, vendors and co-workers. Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize well and work under deadlines.
