Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed as built plans and new designs/layouts for residential remodel projects using 3D software.
- Create 2D animations and visual presentations to professionally and effectively communicate design concepts.
- Draft schematics and technical drawings as required for project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects using tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, or Chief Architect.
- Attention to detail and professionalism required.
- Engage in regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Skills
- Proficiency in 3D animation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of design software, Chief Architect preferred but not a deal breaker.
- Ability to draft detailed schematics and client meeting follow up emails with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
