Full-Time RN Ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 - Uncapped Earning Potential!!!

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current PA Nursing License

• Demonstrated experience in home healthcare or a related field (preferred)

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients receiving home health services.
• Coordinate and provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Utilize physiology knowledge and nursing expertise to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
• Implement and oversee patient discharge planning in coordination with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing care for patients with diverse medical needs, including critical care, ICU, and behavioral health patients.
• Possess valid driver's and RN licenses to provide home health services to patients in various locations.
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices while delivering compassionate care to patients in a home health setting.
