• The Role :
• As a
• Mental Health Nurse
• at Gallagher Home Health, your responsibilities include :
• Providing mental health nursing care in patients’ homes, focusing on comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support.
• Utilizing advanced nursing skills (e.g., catheterization, IV insertion) to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborating with a healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment in EMR and EHR systems.
• Educating patients and families on mental health management strategies.
• Adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulations to ensure patient safety.
• Qualifications :
• Active
• PA Nursing License
• Preferred experience in
• home healthcare
• or a related field
• Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
