Assist with Personal Care : Help clients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining their hygiene.Monitor Vital Signs : Keep an eye on patient health by monitoring vitals (temperature, respiration, pulse) and reporting any changes in their condition.Provide Companionship : Offer emotional support and engage clients in conversations, helping them feel valued and less isolated.Follow Care Plans : Carry out tasks as outlined in the established care plan to ensure clients receive the best care possible.What Were Looking For :
Experience : Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Home Care Aide, or DSP is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a caring heart.Caring Nature : You should have a genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate approach to caregiving.Dependability : We rely on our Home Care Aides to be punctual, professional, and reliable in following through with care plans.Communication Skills : Proficiency in English, as youll be reporting patient conditions and collaborating with the team.Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Drivers License : A valid drivers license is required to travel to clients homes.Benefits of Joining Gallagher Home Care :
