Your Role as an RN at Gallagher Hospice:

Provide compassionate care to hospice patients by assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating services to ensure comfort and well-being.

Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.

Use your expertise to offer specialized care, facilitate smooth transitions for patients, and supporting their families during challenging times.

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
