We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team in the northern valley and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing operations, driving growth, and leading teams within the HVAC and plumbing industry. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Compensation: $120K - $250K annually (base salary performance bonuses)
What Will I Do?
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Responsible for the overall success and management of the HVAC and Plumbing teams.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to achieve company goals.
- Ensure superior customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to optimize business performance.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, financials, and company P&L to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment.
- Represent the company in the community and build partnerships to enhance brand reputation.
- Perform other duties as needed by the company.
What Do I Need?
- 5 years of experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a track record of success.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to foster client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
