We’re looking for a hands-on, hardworking Restoration Project Manager to lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish. This is a field-based role where you'll work directly with crews, contractors, and clients to make sure everything is done right, on time, and within budget. If you’re someone who likes getting things done, staying organized, and making sure projects run smoothly, we want you on the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage restoration projects from the ground up, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with crews, contractors, and vendors to get the job done right.
- Review project plans and make sure everything follows safety rules, building codes, and company policies.
- Lead on-site visits to check progress and resolve any issues as they come up.
- Work closely with the team to keep things efficient and running smoothly.
- Keep track of the budget, making sure estimates, bids, and invoices are handled properly.
- Ensure all work is done safely, and that the team follows local codes and regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients to make sure they’re happy and the job meets their expectations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 3 years of experience in restoration work.
- 1-2 years of experience managing teams or projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things on track.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using project management tools, Google Office Suite, and Xactimate.
- Able to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
