Job Summary
We are searching for a Registered Nurse who is an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team! The Registered Nurse Injector is responsible for performing injectable treatments related to aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. They will work under the supervision of the CEO/Medical Director to help enhance and/or rejuvenate their patients’ appearance and achieve their aesthetic goals. The Nurse injector will offer patients a unique combination of nursing skills and aesthetic artistry, delivering transformative results for patients while maintaining safety and superior care.
Duties
- · Assess patient’s needs and cosmetic goals recommending appropriate injectable treatments and/or laser treatments the medical spa offers.
· Conduct initial consultations with patients to evaluate their goals, medical history and suitability for appropriate treatments.
· Educate patients on potential risks, benefits and aftercare instructions.
· Stay up to date on the latest aesthetic techniques, products and industry standards.
· Ensure all procedures comply with local and state regulations and medical spa guidelines.
· Follow up with patients to ensure desired results are achieved and address any concerns or complications.
· Keeping accurate and up to date records of treatments provided, including dosage and location of treatment.
· Work closely with Dr. Gallaher (CEO/MD) to ensure treatments are safe, effective and in line with the medical spa’s protocols.
· Provide exceptional service and care to all patients to promote patient retention and satisfaction.
Assist in the cleanliness of the Spa, alerting appropriate resources when items need to be ordered.

Education and Experience
· Licensed Registered Nurse with a valid RN license in Tennessee.
· Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
· At least 5 years of experience as an RN, preferably with plastic surgery and/or medical aesthetics.
· Previous experience in administering injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments that the Spa offers.

Pay: $38.13 - $42.41 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
