Cleaning Technicians Responsibilities
- Respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies.
- Assist with water extraction and mitigation.
- Clean fire and smoke damage.
- Assist with biohazard cleanup and demolition.
- Secure properties with board-up and stabilization.
- Clean carpets and various surfaces on-site.
- Manage and transport client belongings.
- Perform light construction tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Manage equipment, material, and tool inventories.
- Complete all necessary paperwork (reports, logs, etc.).
- Work effectively with the team.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Restoration, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (3 years).
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and on-call rotations.
- Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
- Work safely at heights, following all safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow all applicable OSHA, and local safety regulations for hazardous materials handling.
- High integrity and commitment to quality work.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary : $22 - $27
