Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
The MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don't forget...
- An active state RN or LPN (as applicable) license is required.
- Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion.
- SNF/long-term care experience.

Salary
LPN: $75,000 per year
RN: $85,000 per year
*MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN salary increases are tied to census*
