Galleher LLC is a wholesale distributor of the highest quality hard-surface flooring matched with exceptional customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Position Summary:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and order placement.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the ERP system.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Collaborate with the sales, purchasing, operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus.
Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service by being attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
Education and or Years Experience:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
Language Skills:
- Must speak English.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
