Salary
USD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 / Yr.
Role Overview
The Finance Director acts as the financial leader, overseeing all aspects of financial management including payroll, budgeting, and forecasting. This position requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both hotel leadership and our home office. You'll be responsible for implementing robust internal controls to protect the organization while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications
Education / Formal Training :
A four-year college degree (preferred in accounting) or equivalent education / experience.
Experience :
A minimum of 3 years in a related finance position, with supervisory and leadership experience required.
Knowledge / Skills :
Physical Demands :
Physical requirements include limited lifting (up to 15-20 lbs), minimal bending / kneeling, and limited mobility. Excellent hearing and vision are necessary for training and report analysis.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
