Position: Caregiver - Per Diem (Days, Evenings, and Nights)
Pay Rate: Starting at $12.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Drive residents to appointments.
- Provide treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Maintain safe and sanitary workstations and equipment.
- Encourage independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation.
- Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior elderly care experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to drive residents to various appointments, work with pets, and provide other high-end concierge services as needed.
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Ability to document care given.
