Job Opportunity: Extraordinary LPN at Galleria Woods Senior Living
Position: PRN Days 7a.m. - 7 p.m.
Starting Pay Rate: $25.50 - $29.50 per hour (based on experience)
Weekend Shift Differential: $3.50 per hour

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- LPN currently licensed by the State of Alabama.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience, preferably with geriatric involvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer medications.
- Administer treatments, including dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
- Assist in direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
- Respond to resident emergency call systems as indicated.
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribe orders.
- Keep physicians and families aware of changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
- Assure continuity of services and care.
- Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
- Perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
