Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate with experience in 2020 Design Live to join our team. This role requires a blend of design expertise, sales skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to assist clients in selecting the perfect kitchen and bath solutions for their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in our showroom, providing expert design advice and guiding them through the product selection process.
- Utilize 2020 Design Live software to create kitchen and bath layouts, ensuring functional and visually appealing designs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage sales transactions, prepare quotes, and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Stay up to date on design trends, product knowledge, and industry advancements.
- Contribute to social media and marketing efforts by showcasing design projects and engaging with our online audience.
Qualifications:
- Experience with 2020 Design Live software (required).
- Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry sales, or related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and social skills—comfortable interacting with customers in person, via phone, and online.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
