Position Summary:
The Resident Strategy Manager is a key support role to the Director of Resident Strategy, focusing on reputation management, social media, and the Artist in Residence program. This position is responsible for executing initiatives that enhance resident engagement, foster community connections, and elevate the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Hours:
This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary, but typical office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Must be available to work on additional tasks that may require work on weekends or after hours. Must be available to work onsite and travel for business purposes.
Language Ability:
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete business plans, financial documents, and legal documents, motivate, and lead teams, and communicate property strategies and performance with clients and property owners.
Math Ability:
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficient in using property management software.

- Create compelling, resident-focused content, including posts, stories, and campaigns, to foster community interaction and satisfaction.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor and respond to online interactions, reviews, and comments to maintain a positive and engaging community presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Reputation Management:
- Proactively monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, addressing resident feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Resident Strategy to develop strategies that enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
- Artist in Residence Program Coordination:
- Support the planning, execution, and promotion of the Artist in Residence program, ensuring alignment with resident engagement goals.
- Act as a liaison between artists, residents, and internal teams to facilitate seamless program operations.
- Develop content and promotional materials to highlight the program and its impact on the community.
- General Support:
- Assist the Director of Resident Strategy in developing and executing resident-focused initiatives and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media, reputation management, and community engagement.
- Provide administrative and logistical support as needed to ensure the success of resident strategy programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with online reputation management or resident-focused engagement is a plus.
