Position Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, financial management, HR coordination, and facility management. This role is essential to maintaining the firm's standards of excellence and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Oversee records management to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate appointments, conference room bookings, and the firm calendar.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Assist with client billing and collections processes.
Human Resources:
- Recruit and onboard attorneys and support staff.
- Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and time-off schedules.
Facility Management:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Work with vendors for office maintenance, security, and supply needs.
Technology:
- Oversee software implementation and IT service coordination.
Policies and Procedures:
- Develop and enforce office policies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Marketing and Events:
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates and client outreach.
- Plan and coordinate office events, such as team lunches and holiday parties.
Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software and technology systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
