Accounts Receivable Clerk

The accounts receivable clerk is responsible for assisting the accounting department by completing invoices for the company and verifying all revenue is entered in the system.

Position Type

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Functions

The AR clerk will

• Prepare invoices.
• Perform job-cost reconciliation.
• Submit timely invoices.
• Check to ensure all revenue is captured at month's end.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask

Minimum Qualifications

The AR clerk must

• Have two years of accounts receivable experience and/or college courses in accounting.
• Have a high-school diploma (or equivalent).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics Solomon (preferred).
• Have authorization to work in the US.
