The Galliker Dairy Company, headquartered in Johnstown PA since 1914, has an immediate opening for a Liquid Bulk Receiver at our Johnstown PA processing plant. The Galliker Dairy Company is a major Mid-Atlantic dairy processor and distributor of Milk, Iced Tea, and Ice Cream products.

Summary of primary functions:
The person filling this position has the primary responsibility of Receiving and & Load-out of liquid bulk items and sanitarian. Accurately and legibly recording all daily transactions related to inbound and out bound shipments. Successful Candidate must obtain a Sampling License by the State of Pennsylvania after training.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Accurately and legibly completes all charts, paperwork and documentation required by the State and Federal guidelines and Galliker Dairy Company.
Maintain an inspection ready environment in all areas of receiving, milk production, chemical room, outside load-out areas, etc.
Follow all SOP's for Cleaning and CIP of tanks, silos, lines, tankers, blenders, vats and other equip as required. Recording the cleaning information on the appropriate chart and perform concentration testing on all items being cleaned on a daily basis.
Obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Sampling License.
Proper and timely receipt of Milk, Cream, Sugars, OJ, Chemicals, Resin, etc. completing all necessary paperwork and computer entries that are required.
Monitor the cooling and agitation of all products in the raw holding tanks.
Complete all Environmental cleaning for your work areas as scheduled in the Master Sanitation Plan.
