Our client, a leader in injection molding manufacturing, is seeking a manager to oversee new molding tool development. This role will work closely with product development and the manufacturing operations. Additionally, the role will manage the repair department.
REQUIREMENTS :
- BS in an engineering discipline
- 10 years experience designing injection molding tools
- Experience directly managing personnel
- Experience with high-volume injection molding manufacturing
- Moldflow analysis proficiency
- Willingness and ability to travel (25% )
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
