Gallman Consulting is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily repair and preventative maintenance of industrial processing equipment and facility maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in automated equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, programming, and operating all machinery in the facility.
Milestones for Success:
- You will develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program that ensures reliability, documentation, and accountability.
- You will establish a building maintenance program for a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.
- You will learn start-up/shut-down procedures, document standardized work instructions, and familiarize yourself with all equipment.
- You will develop a maintenance coverage schedule for operations and PM work.
Qualifications:
- You must have knowledge of electro-mechanical, conveyancing, boiler, water treatment, and automated equipment.
- You must have solid mechanical and repair skills.
- A high school diploma/GED is required, and other post-secondary training is preferred.
