Client needs an experienced Lowboy operator to haul heavy equipment, pipe, and construction supplies to and from project work site.
Should have a good driving record and may be required to provide copy of driving record at interview

The Lowboy Driver / Operator's responsibilities include safely and efficiently loading and unloading material and equipment, and adhering to all company policies, DOT, and MSHA regulations

Load and unload heavy equipmentPerform daily safety and maintenance checks in accordance with DOT and Company standardsClean and maintain truck's equipment and suppliesPractice workplace safetyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have a Class A CDL.At least 3 years of experience handling heavy haul up to 80 tons gross weightAbility to drive in a safe and responsible manner - needs a good driving recordAdept at learning the basic operation of a wide variety of equipment in order to lad and transport them safelyTroubleshooting and problem-solving abilityAbility to communicate effectively in English.Load and unload heavy equipmentAbility to read and write to record and maintain daily records.Time management skillsMust have a valid driver's license with less than 3 moving violations in 3 years.Must be able to pass drug / alcohol screenings.Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.Personal Attributes
