Job Description: Gallman Consulting is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily repair and preventative maintenance of industrial processing equipment and facility maintenance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
- Establish a building maintenance program.
- Learns start-up/shut-down procedures, documents standardized work instructions, and familiarizes themselves with all equipment.
- Develops a maintenance coverage schedule for operations and PM work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED is required, and other post-secondary training is preferred.
- Solid mechanical and repair skills are essential.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical, conveyancing, boiler, water treatment, and automated equipment is necessary.
