Pay
Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. You’ll never go below $17.50 an hour and have the opportunity to earn more. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. Average pay for crew members is $17.50 - $23 / hour
Landscaping Crew Member Overview
Show up ready to work at 7am. As a crew member, you’ll be responsible for readying the trucks, taking instruction from the Foreman, and starting the day! For this role, we are looking for an experienced landscaper with horticulture knowledge. The Landscaping Crew Member will be part of our shrub and garden crew that focuses on maintaining landscapes, weed control, and other projects such as clean ups, mulch, sod, plant installation, and more.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 years experience in landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques, plant identification, and training in horticulture (preferred).
- Ability to identify and operate lawn equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have or obtain Florida's Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance Certification.
