Location : Rombauer Vineyards
The Member Services Assistant at Rombauer Vineyards delivers exceptional customer service to boost member and guest retention. They ensure the brand is well-represented and foster consumer loyalty, providing general support for all winery inquiries received via phone, text, or email. Maintain the member database's integrity and manage all consumer activities. Strong customer service skills are a must with excellence communication and attention to detail and ability to maintain a high volume of inquiries.
Membership Integrity (30%) :
- Drive club acquisition and maintain retention.
- Ensure the success of club packages and handle special requests.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with members.
- Proactively maintain up-to-date member records through phone calls, emails, postcards, and texts.
