Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture. Registration / license in Landscape Architecture in Utah strongly preferred.
- Typically, 8 years of experience after educational requirements have been met.
- Advanced and strong understanding of the principles, practices, permitting process, codes, and standards in Landscape Architecture and Planning.
- Effective communication, financial management, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects, clients, schedules and budgets.
- Serve as a main point of contact with clients; receive and convey client goals and objectives to team members.
- Experience and desire to mentor, train, and develop team members.
- Exhibit abilities and strong experience in CADD, Photoshop and MS Office. Additional experience in Autodesk Infraworks and Sketchup are a bonus.
Benefits
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $90,000-$105,000.
