Customer Account Manager

Galloway Insurance Agency is hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to service existing customers and generate new business for our well established agency. We are looking for a friendly professional with 5 years experience in insurance, banking or other related financial setting. Prior educators and teachers are welcome to apply. The goal is to build strong positive relationships with customers, ensuring growth of business and maintaining our firm’s stellar reputation.

Qualifications for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

· Property & Casualty license is preferred or willingness to obtain

· Insurance experience is preferred

· Financial services experience is a plus

· Sales experience is a plus

· Life & Health license is a plus

· Must be coachable

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

· Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

· Sell, solicit, service and negotiate insurance plans based on the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
