Responsibilities :
Self-Generating Sales Activities : Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Consultative Selling : Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements.
Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings. Continuously enhance your knowledge to effectively educate customers.
- Prescheduled Leads : Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
