Job Summary
This role will support the state of KY and TN
The purpose of the Field Service Specialist position is to handle service related tasks within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, sizing customers for ballistic vests and uniforms, providing excellent customer service through provision of product information, tracking shipments and answering inquiries about delivery of orders or returns.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Work closely with Regional Account Executives and Managed Account Representatives in specified territories to schedule on site customer visits for ballistic vest and uniform measuring.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to travel 80% of time.
- Work with manufacturer's representatives from our vendor community.
- Track shipments of orders authorize / facilitate returns, facilitate billing questions.
- Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Maintain active involvement with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
