Job Description:
As an Exceptional Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our soldiers and airmen, processing sales, and assisting with product questions. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including setting up advertising displays and replenishing merchandise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. You must also be able to work with minimal supervision under pressure situations and be able to stand for extended periods. Additionally, you should be able to lift merchandise up to 50 pounds and work flexible shift hours, including weekends.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to our soldiers and airmen
- Process sales and answer product questions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise
- Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock
- Complete necessary paperwork correctly and efficiently
- Provide information regarding contract specifications and products associated with contract
- Handle irate customers professionally and courteously
- Assist with answering product questions and providing information over the phone
- Communicate and work closely within and outside the retail department
- Adhere to company mission, policies, procedures, and practices
