As a Retail Sales Associate Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting every customer in a prompt and timely manner
* Answering customer inquiries regarding products, including price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability
* Up-selling customers on other products and recommending add-on items to enhance their order
* Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to promote sales
You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly store environment, replenishing merchandise, and monitoring floor stock to ensure adequate inventory levels. Additionally, you will complete necessary paperwork efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and the ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure situations. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
