Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
* Assist customers with product questions, recommending relevant products and solutions
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
* Friendly and outgoing demeanor, with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly around the store
