As a research consultant at Gallup, you’ll lead incredibly influential analysis of employee engagement, employee experience, and selection and development research. You’ll own the entire research process: from designing surveys and analyzing data to creating customized, solution-based deliverables and presenting findings to clients. You’re the expert, and we’ll turn to you for guidance and insight. Teamwork is important in this role — you’ll work with other consultants to drive client impact and collaborate with other researchers to identify future workplace trends. As a trusted adviser, we’ll count on you to illustrate the value of Gallup’s world-class analytics and insights and help us solve important business challenges.

What you will do:
- Lead and manage human capital projects including designing employee experience surveys and assessments and conducting job studies and employee life cycle analytics
- Advise clients on all aspects of human capital projects and analyses
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal team members
- Translate complex data and abstract concepts into meaningful findings that influence clients’ business decisions and lead to organizational change
- Examine complex marketplace trends, data, ideas and obstacles to establish credibility in selection science
What you need:
- A master’s degree in I/O psychology, psychology, statistics, survey research or methodology, or a related field required
- At least two years of professional experience in workplace, employee experience or a related science required
- Proven expertise analyzing data using SPSS and Excel required; experience using SAS, R, Stata, Python or Tableau beneficial
- Strong analytical, business and writing capabilities
- Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
