Wiring Tech Description

Job Overview:

We are is seeking a self-motivated Wiring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly or production environments. Hands-on training will be provided on proper wiring techniques and our specific wiring procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Wiring Setup: Read and understand wiring diagrams or wire lists to neatly and efficiently wire panels, controllers, and other structures.
  
• Attention to Detail: Ensure wire harnesses are clean, properly secured, and undamaged during installation.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Understand and differentiate between wire gauges, types, and work with integrated wiring tasks.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team to complete complex wiring tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Time Management: Complete wiring tasks within specified time frames.
  
• Field Service (Preferred): Willingness to travel occasionally to assist with field service tasks on Naval and Coast Guard ships.
  
• Electrical Knowledge (Preferred): Any prior electrical experience is a plus.
  

Requirements:

• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
  
• Experience:
  • of assembly experience (Preferred).
    
  • of mechanical knowledge (Preferred).
