Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Medical Wellness Center (Part-Time)Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Medical Wellness Center on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, and hormone optimization, providing high-quality patient care through medical consultations, good faith exams, and personalized treatment planning. This role involves evaluating patients, recommending and prescribing IV infusions, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and aesthetic treatments while ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and good faith exams for patients seeking IV therapy, hormone replacement, and aesthetic treatments.
- Evaluate patient medical histories, perform assessments, and determine appropriate wellness and aesthetic treatment plans.
- Order and oversee IV vitamin infusions, ensuring patient safety and efficacy of treatment protocols.
- Provide expert guidance on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment as needed.
- Perform and recommend aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, and other non-surgical rejuvenation treatments.
- Educate patients on skin care regimens, aesthetic procedures, and overall wellness strategies to enhance long-term health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to develop and refine treatment protocols for IV therapy, HRT, and aesthetic services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and medical board guidelines related to aesthetic and wellness medicine.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in integrative medicine, IV therapy, hormone optimization, and aesthetics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an NP with a solid understanding of IV vitamin therapy, IV insertions, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), skin care, and aesthetics.
- Experience performing good faith exams and wellness consultations.
- Certification or advanced training in IV therapy, aesthetic injectables, or functional medicine is preferred but not required. There will be training for the right candidate.
- Strong patient communication skills and ability to create customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for integrative and aesthetic medicine, with a patient-centered approach.
