The Clinical and Medical Affairs Operations Specialist supports the Chief Medical Officer along with both Clinical and Medical Affairs by ensuring efficient processes and operational excellence. This role bridges scientific, regulatory, and commercial functions, enabling the Chief Medical Officer to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- The Clinical and Medical Affairs Operations Specialist shall work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to maintain the scheduling to all medical affairs cases, including the Medical Scientific Liaisons and proctors.
- The Specialist is responsible for creating SIUU packets and maintaining them in the AEC portal, in addition to, organizing all Medical Affairs conferences, tech suites and educational seminars.
- The Clinical and Medical Affairs Operations Specialist shall assist the Chief Medical Officer as needed, including but not limited to, budget planning, maintaining all necessary files, coordinating medical affairs employee onboarding and training for new employees and proctors (contractors).
