About Our College
Galveston College is a comprehensive community college located on Galveston Island, just 40 miles south of Houston, Texas. Our College provides the citizens of Galveston Island and the surrounding region with academic, workforce development, continuing education, and community service programs. Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in Galveston College.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher, made an “A” in the course related to Supplemental Instructor application or current enrollment in the course.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly dependable.
- Interested in working with small groups.
- Possesses great customer service, time management, and organizational skills, desire and willingness to learn.
