POSITION: Program Director/ Faculty for Bachelors of Business Administration
POSITION AVAILABLE: Late Spring 2025
JOB SUMMARY:
Galveston College is looking for an enthusiastic and visionary leader to launch a brand-new bachelor program. The Program Director for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration program will be instrumental in developing and implementing this new program and will be responsible for recruiting new students, hiring adjunct faculty, developing curriculum, teaching in the program and overseeing the overall quality of the program (See the full job description at: Faculty Job Description, Program Director Job Description)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Hold at least a master’s degree (from a regionally accredited institution) in finance or management or have a master’s degree in business administration with at least 18 graduate hours in a business-related discipline. Previous teaching experience required, experience in higher education preferred. In addition, the successful candidate must have strong communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills.
