We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Office Manager/Receptionist at the Galveston County Consolidated Drainage District. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day office operations, and support district staff in their duties.
Main Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the district, responding to inquiries from the public, district staff, and stakeholders
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, and ensuring public access to district services and information
- Support district staff by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, and expense reporting
- Provide logistical support for district-sponsored workshops, public meetings, and events
Requirements:
