Replaces lighting ballasts and bulbs.
Replaces or repairs security cameras.
Maintains and repairs security door locks.
Maintains smoke alarms.
Troubleshoots and repairs electrical malfunctions.
Repairs plumbing systems, including sump pumps, fountain pump motors, and landscape irrigation.
Maintains and repairs HVAC systems.
Repairs bathroom fixtures.
Provides building and property access for sub-contractors.
Delivers building supplies, bathroom and office items, interoffice memoranda, and keys.
Maintains common work area; maintains tools and equipment.
Performs related work as assigned.
Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Requires one year of providing minor maintenance of facilities or closely related experience.
Special Certifications and Licenses:
Prefers HVAC license.
