Associate Attorney (Family Law)
The Gamache Law Firm is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney for a full-time position in our Summerville/Moncks Corner office. The associate attorney will assist Senior Attorney by performing research, preparing and reviewing discovery, as well as drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, proposed orders and settlement agreements. Ideal candidates will be able to independently handle all aspects of the case from initial consultation to final hearing if needed.
Candidates must be members of the South Carolina Bar and licensed in good standing or have recently passed the South Carolina Bar. Ideal candidates will have at a minimum 1-3 years of applicable experience and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused, work environment. Salary is commensurate with experience.
