Description :
The client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group in one of their California offices including Los Angeles Sacramento San Diego San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience in labor and employment litigation and will focus on California wage and hour class action litigation PAGA claims and single plaintiff employment litigation . Additional expertise in areas like employee handbooks and daytoday employment advice and counseling is also required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle a range of litigation tasks including discovery motion practice taking and defending depositions and researching and drafting pleadings motions and court filings .
- Assist in trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participate in settlement conferences and negotiations .
- Demonstrate client relationship management and actively contribute to business development efforts.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fastpaced teamoriented environment offering legal counsel and support on complex employmentrelated matters.
