Position : Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

Location : Sylacauga, AL

Duration : Full-time

Salary : DOE

Responsibilities :

Design and enhance HVAC systems, prioritizing energy efficiency and performance while fulfilling client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
Apply your analytical expertise to diagnose system performance issues and develop creative solutions.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and effectively communicate your findings to both clients and team members.
Stay informed on industry trends, construction practices, materials, and relevant regulations to deliver innovative and compliant solutions.

Desired Qualifications :

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on HVAC systems.

Technical Expertise : Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Innovative Thinker : A natural curiosity and proactive approach to solving problems effectively.

Effective Communicator : Excellent verbal and written skills to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.

Project Management Experience : Prior experience managing projects and budgets is an asset.

Physical Ability : Willingness and ability to visit construction sites and client locations as needed.
